Conditions for participation in the OSTIS conference:
In the conference has the right to participate all those who are interested in the problems of artificial intelligence, as well as commercial organizations willing to cooperate with research teams working on the creation of modern technologies for the intelligent systems design.
To participate in the OSTIS conference, it is necessary to register in the CMT system by December 15 of this year, find the conference page and on it:
- Apply for the OSTIS conference. Each field of the application is required, including an indication of the author who will submit the report. By filling out the registration form, you confirm your consent to the processing by the Conference Organizing Committee of personal data, the publication of articles and information about authors in print and electronic form. The application should contain information for each author. Color photographs of all authors of the article should be attached to the report application (this is necessary for the publication of the Conference Program);
- Download the article for publication in the OSTIS Collection of Scientific Papers. An article for the conference should be executed in accordance with the rules for the design of published materials and should occupy at least 4 completely filled pages;
- Upload a scanned version of the letter of consent to the publication and placement of the published materials on the Internet.
If the report is submitted to the competition of reports of young scientists or to the competition of software products of young scientists, this should be clearly indicated in the application of the report.
The selection of articles for publication in the Collection and participation in the conference is carried out by reviewers and the editorial board of the collection.
Applications and articles drawn up without complying with the requirements are not considered.
Until January 30, invitations to participate in the conference are sent to authors of articles included in the Conference Program.
